Here is a video of Jerry Floro from UVA talking about his experience participating in NanoDays 2008. I have a title slide at the beginning of the video but I am thinking that if these are categorized within the videowiki under a section titled "Video Testimonials for NanoDays 2008" then there wouldn't be a need for titles with the question.
In my class today I learned about the industry standard for placing a transition between two clips that have been spliced together. In this clip Jerry talks about what would happen if no one showed up (egg in the face) to NanoDays and I felt like it could be cut out of the interview. So in order to make it look good when I put the 2 together without the "egg in the face" clip I used a Dip to Color Dissolve and chose the color to be black. In the past I simply used a cross dissolve which made the two faces appear at the same time giving off a drunken appearance. You can see an example of this in the first Andrew Maynard clip which I will now go back in and take out.
